Veritech Spiral Curl Filter

The basic patented concept is that of the stainless steel spiral curl, which is extremely efficient at removing particulate matter and condensable vapours. It has been proven to be the most efficient static fat filter available (by the Ashrae Test conducted by the University of Minnesota) and is able to filter out particulates larger than 0.3 micron. This results in the removal of about 98% of fat in a cooking environment. Thousands of Veritech filters have been installed in European restaurants including: McDonalds and Burger King.

BBR Enviro Systems uses the Veritech filter for primary filtration, to remove 95-98% of all particulates and condensable VOC’s. This greatly improves the effectiveness of any secondary filtration that may be required:

• The R-Series uses a single stage Veritech filter in combination with an air cooling system to remove fats and oils from the air stream prior to biofiltration.
• The VOVC uses multiple Veritech filters in combination with a water cooled heat exchanger to remove a wide range of condensable VOC’s.
