We were approached by SA Nylon Spinners to remove the plume of condensed lubrication oils from their stack emissions. The VOVC filter proved to be an inexpensive and efficient solution to their emissions problem.

We were approached by SA Nylon Spinners to remove the plume of condensed lubrication oils from their stack emissions. The VOVC filter proved to be an inexpensive and efficient solution to their emissions problem.
The system comprises:
- An initial Veritech Filter train
- A water cooled heat exchanger linked to a cooling tower
- A second Veritech Filter train
The oils were effectively removed from the emissions and drained into a drum which was then sold to an oil recycling company.
